Terms

Effective October 21, 2026. This describes how the service works.

Claiming an offer

Claiming is free. There is no account and no card. You give a mobile number, we text you the coupon, and you redeem it at the business — by tapping Redeem on the coupon page while you are with staff (some businesses also ask for a PIN they give you), or by scanning the poster there.

A coupon works as many times as you like while it is live. Offers end when the business withdraws them or when a new set of offers is published, and a coupon for an ended offer stops working.

Text messages

We text you the coupon you asked for, and messages needed to support it. That is because you requested it.

Marketing messages — future offers from that business — are separate, and only ever sent if you tick the box that says so. Not ticking it still gets you the coupon. Reply STOP to stop, or tell us to stop any other way, including by email or phone; you do not have to use the word STOP or reply on the same channel. Stopping is permanent for that number. Message and data rates may apply.

The offer is the business's, not ours

Each business sets its own offer and its own fine print, and honors it in its own premises. We vet businesses before they are listed, and we remove ones that do not honor what they published — but the deal itself is between you and them.

Inquiries

If you ask a business to contact you — a table, a callback, a quote — we pass your name and number to that business so they can. We keep a record of exactly what we sent and when.

Questions: email [email protected], reply HELP to any message from us, or use the contact details on the business's own listing. See also our Privacy Policy.
