Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026. This describes what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect when you claim an offer

We store the hash, never the address itself. It is enough to stop the same visit being counted twice and to evidence that consent existed; it is not a location history.

Who gets your details

Claiming a coupon does not hand your number to the business. They see that a coupon was claimed and redeemed, not who claimed it.

If you separately ask a business to contact you, we pass your name and number to that business, because that is what you asked us to do.

We use a text-message provider to deliver messages and an email provider to deliver inquiries. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Consent records are kept for as long as we hold the number, and afterwards for as long as needed to show that consent existed — that record is the only defense either we or the business has if a message is ever questioned.

A retention period for inquiry records has not been set yet. Today they are kept indefinitely. When a period is decided it will be stated here and enforced automatically, not left to someone remembering.

Stopping, and getting your details removed

Reply STOP to any message and marketing stops permanently for that number, across every route — including if the business later uploads a list you happen to be on. Any other clear request to stop is honored the same way.

Reply HELP to reach a person, email [email protected], or ask us to delete what we hold. We will keep only what we must to prove you asked to be left alone.
